These cookies are sent back to us on each subsequent visit to our website by you. Cookies cannot access data on your device, run programs, contain or transfer viruses. Cookies can only be read by the web server from which they originate.

Cookies do not require personal data to be used and do not personally identify internet users. Cookies help generate a browsing experience tailored to each user's preferences and interests. Refusing or disabling cookies may make some sites unusable.

Rejecting or disabling cookies does not mean that you will no longer receive online advertising - just that it will no longer be able to take into account your preferences and interests, as evidenced by your browsing behavior.

Our website can also be viewed without cookies. Internet browsers are often configured to accept cookies. To prevent your internet browser from using cookies, you can:

- refuse the use of cookies when you access our website using cookies (if applicable)

- disable the use of cookies through your internet browser settings. The Help function in your browser can guide you in disabling and/or deleting cookies in your internet browser.

Please note that if you disable/delete cookies, individual functions on our website may no longer function as expected. Cookies that may be required for certain functions on our website are indicated below. In addition, disabling/deleting cookies will only affect the internet browser used for this purpose. Therefore, the process of disabling/deleting cookies must be repeated accordingly for any other internet browsers. Cookies that we use for specific functions without reference to individuals:

We are permitted to process data in this context with your consent (Article 6(1a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679). We keep this data until that cookie expires or until you delete it.

2.4. Analyze the web through Google Analytics

For marketing purposes, we use analytics cookies to collect and process data about your visit to our website and your use of newsletter links (where applicable). Your activity data is collected in this way and a pseudonymized user profile is generated on the basis of this data using a cookie identifier. Your IP address is either not logged or anonymized immediately after logging as part of this process. We use the Google Analytics service of Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google") to collect user data and generate user profiles. Information about your use of our website is transferred to Google's servers, analyzed and only received back as part of aggregated data. This data allows us to identify trends in how the site is generally used.

We do not associate the resulting user profiles with your name or any other details that could reveal your identity. We are permitted to process data in this context with your consent (Article 6(1a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679). User data is stored by the service used for a maximum of 14 months from the date it was collected/updated.

Any user can prevent the setting of cookies on our website at any time by means of an appropriate adjustment in the web browser used and thus permanently refuse the setting of cookies. Such a setting in the web browser used would prevent Google Analytics from setting a cookie in the information technology system of the data subject. In addition, cookies already used by Google Analytics can be deleted at any time via the web browser or other software programs.

In addition, the user may object to a collection of data generated by Google Analytics which is related to the use of this website, as well as to the processing of such data by Google and the possibility to opt-out of such data. For this purpose, the user must download a web browser add-on available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout and install it.

Further information and applicable Google data protection provisions can be found at the following links: https://www.google.com/intl/ro/policies/privacy/ and http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/us.html. Google Analytics is explained here: https://www.google.com/analytics/.

2.5. Online campaigns through Google AdWords

On this website, we use Google AdWords. Google AdWords is an Internet advertising service that allows an advertiser to place ads in Google search engine results and on the Google advertising network. Google AdWords allows an advertiser to pre-define certain keywords by which an ad in Google search results is displayed when the user uses the search engine to receive a relevant search result for those keywords. In the Google Ad Network, ads are served on relevant web pages using an automated algorithm, taking into account the pre-defined keywords.

The operating company of Google AdWords is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.

The purpose of the Google AdWords program is to promote our website by including relevant advertising on third party websites and in Google search engine results. If a data subject comes to our website through a Google ad, a conversion cookie is placed on the user's information technology system by Google. The definition of cookies is explained above. A conversion cookie loses its validity after 30 days and is not used to identify the data subject. If the cookie has not expired, the conversion cookie is used to check whether certain subpages, for example the shopping cart of an online shopping platform, have been accessed on our website. Through the conversion cookie, both Google and we are able to tell whether a user who landed from an AdWords ad on our site generated a sale, i.e. completed or canceled a sale of goods.

The data and information collected through the use of the conversion cookie is used by Google to create visit statistics for our website. These visitation statistics are used to determine the total number of users to whom AdWords ads have been displayed to determine the success or failure of each AdWords ad and to optimize AdWords ads in the future. Neither our company nor other Google AdWords advertisers receive any personally identifiable information from Google.

The conversion cookie stores personal information, e.g. the web pages visited by the data subject. This personal data is stored by Google in the United States of America. Google may transfer this personal data collected through technical processes to third parties.

The user may, at any time, prevent the setting of cookies by our website as mentioned above by means of an appropriate setting of the internet browser used and thus permanently refuse the setting of cookies. Such an internet browser setting would prevent Google from placing a conversion cookie on the user's information technology system. In addition, a cookie set by Google AdWords can be deleted at any time via the internet browser or other software programs.

The user has the possibility to refuse Google interest-based advertisements. Therefore, the user should visit the link www.google.ro/settings/ads on each of the browsers used and set the desired settings.

Further information and applicable Google data protection provisions can be found at https://www.google.com/intl/ro/policies/privacy/.

2.6. Using Google Remarketing

Google remarketing services are integrated on this website. Google Remarketing is a feature of the Google AdWords program that allows a company to display advertising to Internet users who have previously visited that company's website. Therefore, the integration of Google Remarketing allows the company to create advertising based on user interests and therefore display relevant advertisements to Internet users interested in the products and services it sells.

The operating company of Google remarketing services is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.

Google Remarketing allows us to display ads on the Google Network or other websites, based on individual needs and matching the interests of internet users. Google Remarketing places a cookie on the user's information technology system. The definition of cookies is explained above. With the cookie setting, Google allows the visitor to our website to be recognized if they visit web pages that are also members of the Google advertising network. With every visit to a website on the internet that has Google's Remarketing service integrated, the web browser automatically identifies the targeted user with Google. In the course of this technical procedure, Google receives personal information, such as the IP address or browsing behavior of the user, which Google uses to serve advertising relevant to the interests of that user. Google may transfer this personal data collected by the technical procedure to third parties.

The user concerned may, as mentioned above, opt-out of interest-based advertising by Google. To do so, the data subject should go to www.google.de/settings/ads and make the desired settings in each internet browser used.

Further information and Google's actual data protection provisions can be found at https://www.google.com/intl/ro/policies/privacy/.
