At Quartz Matrix, marketing actively contributes to business development, supports the launch of new solutions, and creates relevant contexts for the sales teams. We are looking for a specialist who can turn market analysis and customer insights into initiatives with measurable impact.

What are you going to do?

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for Quartz Matrix solutions and services
• You coordinate lead generation campaigns and go-to-market initiatives
• You will work with the sales teams to develop business opportunities
• Strengthen the Quartz Matrix brand through clear positioning and consistent messaging across all marketing initiatives

What are we looking for?

• At least 7 years of professional experience, including 4 years in marketing and 3 years in sales or business development;
• Experience in developing and implementing B2B marketing strategies;
• Expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, and product marketing;
• Advanced ability to analyze, plan, and coordinate strategic initiatives;
• Strategic communication, effective stakeholder management, and a focus on business impact.
