Accounts Payable and Inventory Accountant

What will you be doing as an Accounts Payable and Inventory Accountant?

• You will verify and accurately record invoices from suppliers, ensuring that invoices, purchase orders, and goods receipts are properly linked in the Socrate ERP system.
• You will periodically reconcile the supplier balancesizori, clarifying the differences in close collaboration with the team.
• You will handle VAT and customs duties related to the purchase and import of equipment.
• You will prepare the payment schedule and process approved payments, handling daily bank statements and reconciliations.
• You will track inventory (NIR, receipts/issues) by cost center and project, and you will assist with inventory counts.
• You will record fixed assets, assist with depreciation calculations, and ensure that documents are properly archived.

What are we looking for in our future colleague?

• A degree in economics and knowledge of accounting and tax laws (VAT).
• Experience working with ERP systems (knowledge of Socrate ERP is a plus) and proficiency in MS Office (Excel).
• A keen eye for detail, impeccable organization, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
